À La Carte Manager
The À La Carte Manager oversees the daily operations of our premium dining outlets. This role is centered on delivering a high-end, personalized guest experience, managing a specialized service team, and ensuring the highest standards of culinary presentation and service flow.
Main Responsibilities
Service Excellence: Oversee the "front of house" flow to ensure seamless service, from greeting and seating to table-side service and departure.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of servers, sommeliers, and hosts to maintain fine-dining standards.
Financial Performance: Monitor outlet revenue, manage labor costs, and implement upselling strategies to meet or exceed budgetary goals.
Guest Relations: Actively engage with guests to gather feedback and resolve any complaints with grace and professionalism.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Restaurant Chef to update menus, coordinate seasonal promotions, and ensure deep product knowledge among the staff.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of management experience in a high-volume, fine-dining, or luxury hotel restaurant environment. Knowledge: Deep understanding of wine pairings, spirits, and international culinary trends. Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure during peak service hours. Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or food & Beverage preferred.
