Dunes Resort is an exclusive 16+ retreat at Fort Arabesque, where quiet luxury comes naturally. Coming in 2028.

A new horizon is taking shape. We believe that the most profound experiences aren’t found in grand gestures, but in the quiet, honest details that often go unnoticed. Dunes Resort is being crafted as a sanctuary for these specific instances. This is our next chapter in the art of moments. We are building more than a destination; we are creating a canvas for stories that haven't been told yet. The journey is underway. Stay with us as we prepare to share the full vision.
